At Book My Bike, we believe in providing clear and transparent policies for our customers. Please read the following carefully before making a booking or purchase.
1. Booking Charges
A booking charge of ₹500 will be collected at the time of reserving a bike.
This booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Adjustment Against Purchase
If you proceed with the purchase of the bike, the booking charge of ₹500 will be adjusted against the final price of the bike.
Example: If the bike price is ₹1,00,000, and you have already paid the booking charge, the final payable amount will be ₹99,500.
3. Refunds Not Applicable
In case you decide not to buy the bike, the booking charge of ₹500 will not be refunded.
Refunds or returns are not applicable for bikes, accessories, or insurance once the booking/payment is completed.
4. Non-Returnable Products
All bikes, accessories, and insurance policies are sold on a non-returnable basis due to the nature of the product.
Customers are requested to carefully review product and policy details before purchase.
